Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Once an appointment is scheduled, I ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice. You will be charged for the entire session if you do not communicate your cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This enables me to offer the time slot to another client in need. Please note that cancellations without a minimum of 24 hours' notice will incur a $10 office fee (if the session was scheduled in person, not virtually) in addition to the total cost of your entire session. This policy is enforced to compensate for the time reserved specifically for you.
